Treating Back Pimples Without Medication

Although most people appear to be more concerned about facial pimples, those who have experienced having back pimples know that they are no laughing matter.

Back pimples can be painful, if not extremely itchy and annoying. If you want to break free of the annoyance caused by this type of pimples, here are a few tips you might want to use:

1) Don’t wear tight clothes –while trying to recover from back pimples, it’s important to wear clothes that allow air to circulate on your back. Tight clothes make it hard for skin to breathe, causing dirt and sweat to accumulate, clog pores and form pimples. Wear loose clothes with excellent absorbent qualities to help you keep cool.

2) Stay active –one of the main causes for the development of pimples on the back is lying or sitting down too much. Even if you wear loose clothes, keeping your back trapped against a chair or bed all day will still cause dirt and oil to build up and cause pimples. Stand up and stay active. Sweat, when not trapped, can actually help expel impurities from your pores and give you a clear skin.

3) Use a loofa on a handle – make sure that when you take a bath or a shower, you clean your back carefully. This might be a bit difficult if you don’t have anyone to wash your back for you, but using a sponge or loofa brush with a handle can make cleaning your back a breeze!

Loofa can also help exfoliate your skin, removing dead skin cells which could also cause the formation of pimples.

4) Go to a doctor – the best thing you can do to get proper treatment for your back pimples is to go to a professional. This is because they have the knowledge, the products and the equipment to help you deal with your skin problem quickly and effectively. Dermatologists can also help you pinpoint the cause of your pimple problem and eliminate it.

5) Change your diet – There are a lot of myths circulating about specific foods that are said to cause pimples. However, you shouldn’t believe these myths. The best gauge you have is this: if it’s not healthy for your body, it’s probably not going to heal your back pimples.
